As a Senior Engineer in Digital & Automation, you’ll lead digital transformation initiatives across engineering design and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will apply advanced controls, vision systems, sensor fusion, and robotics to improve production efficiency, product quality, and operational performance while accelerating innovation across a global manufacturing network. This role requires strong technology leadership and digital integration mindset.

 

  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies in machine vision, spectroscopy, sensor fusion, advanced automation, and robotics to drive continuous innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridge process knowledge, controls, sensing, data, and physical automation to convert business needs into robust, scalable digital solutions
  • Lead proof of concept, validation, integration, and industrialization of digital solutions to enable real-time data processing, analysis, control, and decision-making
  • Optimize production lines by designing and establishing digital and automation standards and ensure successful deployment and adoption across factories
  • Perform system assessment, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement for manufacturing processes

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ of experience in applying advanced knowledge of data analytics, machine vision, or robotics to build practical, scalable solutions

 

Other

  • Expertise in industrial automation, information technology, and software engineering is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills is preferred
  • Excellent communication, visualization, and teamwork skills is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects from concept to completion is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $100,000 to $132,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
