As a Senior Laboratory Technician, you’ll perform and report results from assorted laboratory procedures and analytical laboratory assays under minimal supervision to support our research and product development efforts.

• Independently execute basic molecular biology procedures, including nucleic acid extractions, purification, PCR, and cell-based assays
• Prepare samples for external laboratory shipping
• Maintain accurate records of analytical requests and data
• Communicate results effectively through documentation and reports to project leaders
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laboratory equipment
• Assist in molecular biology and clinical labs
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware, benches, equipment, and workspace
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience with molecular biology procedures

Other

• 3+ years of experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) is preferred
• 3+ years of experience performing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and/or other immunoassays is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $52,000.00 to $74,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
