Our Supplemental Workforce team is charged with providing leadership, expertise, and resources to find external talent to help keep our business moving forward. As a Supplemental Workforce Specialist, you'll supports people leaders in developing and executing supplemental labor strategies. You will serve as a subject matter expert for external workforce engagement, administration, compliance, recruitment/selection, and utilization strategies.
- Provide full life-cycle recruitment strategies for external workforce including supplier relations and proactive recruitment strategies
- Partner with Procurement team to drive improved quality, cost savings, and supplier relations
- Responsible for executing all HR functions for external workforce including wages, data changes, separations, contract extensions, and external hires
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with external workforce suppliers to manage current on-boarded contingent workers and hold vendors accountable to established agreements and deliverables
- Support leaders with performance issues and escalations with agencies
- Create a positive and seamless engagement experience for external workers
- Screens potential contingent worker candidates to ensure the best qualified candidates are presented to the hiring manager
- Proactively communicate pending worker end dates with line managers to align on next steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR, contingent staffing, or sourcing
Other
- Experience utilizing a vendor management solution, such as Fieldglass is preferred
- Experience in a large corporate environment is preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $61,000 to $86,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
