As a Customer Facing Supply Chain Analyst, you will become an integral part of customer relationship management. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding customer-facing supply chain processes.. You will tap into your analytical brain to provide supply chain analytics and strategic recommendations to make a lasting impact on the business with a focus on service, efficiency, and customer performance outcomes that create value for both Nestle and the customer.  Developing proactive recommendations and collaboration with customer teams and internal counterparts is essential to improving customer experience and operational effectiveness.

 

  • Own comprehensive analytical tasks and projects to identify actionable insights that will increase service levels and support business objectives
  • Develop and prepare recurring performance reporting against KPIs for key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify service and performance opportunities, both internal and external, while providing problem solving recommendations
  • Work with analytics teams to develop reporting solutions utilizing business intelligence and analytics tools
  • Integrate with internal and external cross functional resources to support and execute day-to-day operations and team objectives
  • Provide effective and respected customer service to customer accounts and account management teams
  • Manage deliverables for key milestones and communicate progress/actions needed against multiple timelines

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2+ years of supply chain, order life cycle management, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Proficiency in basic analytical tools – Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, etc.

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $71,000 to $93,000 Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
