Position Summary

 

As a Supply Chain Integration Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in the implementation of the new OMP Unison planning system. Join our team and develop functional expertise by actively participating in every phase of the implementation process, from customizing the planning system and meeting specific site requirements, to training end users on effective use of the new tool.

 

This role is based out of our St. Louis Headquarters, but remote workers will be considered. Expect approximately 25% travel as part of this role.

 

  • Build and enhance your knowledge of the OMP system and implementation processes, then share expertise and guidance with others through training and support
  • Maintain ongoing support for OMP data and model sustainability, assisting supply chain and manufacturing teams in leveraging the system effectively
  • Confirm project goals are met by participating in all project phases. Collaborate across various streams, providing feedback on deliverables and overall performance in alignment with Nestlé Purina’s Future State objectives
  • Partner with Supply Planning and Factory Operations Planning to provide hands-on support for master data and supply model maintenance
  • Organize workshops and collaborate with end users to gather requirements for system localization, localize training materials, and provide Go-Live and Hyper-care support to ensure effective hand-off to sustain operations
  • Ensure test scripts are accurate and complete, execute testing, and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, data analytics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, supply chain analytics, procurement, logistics, data analytics, or related field

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $104,000 to $142,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
