As an eContent Retailer Specialist, you’ll help bring our digital shelf strategy to life by managing the deployment and syndication of our content strategy. Partnering closely with brand, sales, category, and agency partners, you’ll ensure content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with a retailer-first mindset. You’ll also identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business results. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing eCommerce environment.
- Support content syndication and quality assurance for assigned retailers, ensuring accurate and timely execution on the digital shelf
- Partner with eCommerce, sales, and category teams to communicate content deployment status, retailer requirements, and emerging opportunities
- Maintain expertise on retailer strategies and evolving content standards to support best-in-class execution
- Leverage product management platforms to enable teams to drive efficiencies, findability, and conversions aligned with broader eContent ecosystem tools and systems (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Adobe Workfront)
- Participate in planning, communication, and governance in collaboration with internal & external agencies, eContent strategists, and brand & sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, eContent operations, content syndication, project management or a related function
- 1+ year of experience working with project management tools and content syndication platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Salsify, Syndigo)
Others
- Experience in digital marketing, digital shelf analytics, or product ownership is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership while maintaining strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be able to travel up to 10% or as business needs require
The approximate pay range for this position is $64,560 to $93,440. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
