Position Summary

It’s more than a quality product in a quality package. It’s more than driving sales and revenue. It’s about educating consumers on how to enhance the relationship with their pets. It’s about making pet food, snacks, and litter a shopping experience. And contributing to the world in such a way that we can impact the chances of every dog or cat living a healthier life. This is eCommerce at Nestlé Purina – and it’s all done through agile ways of working, calculated risk-taking, meaningful collaboration, and a data-driven mind set.

As an eContent Specialist within our eCommerce Marketing group, you’ll drive Digital Shelf operations, onboarding, and training of cross-functional teams as part of our center of excellence responsibilities. You will own optimizing and executing workflows and brief processing, unlocking capabilities on our project management tool, and advancing onboarding and Digital Shelf playbook planning, governance and communication. You must be able to find your ‘square’ – find passion in the work you do and develop meaningful partnerships with your customers. And if you’re naturally collaborative, curious, proactive, and digitally driven, you’ll fit right in.

  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset in optimizing workflows and processes through automation and ways of working to improve speed-to-market and reduce manual work
  • Showcase strong attention to detail and collaboration in mapping and assigning tasks to ensure successful brief hand-off to syndicate eContent to retailer sites
  • Monitor end-to-end eContent development status and escalation in partnership with creative agency and eContent team
  • Own product management platform roadmap development and management that enables teams to drive efficiencies, findability, and conversion while ensuring it is aligned with broader eContent ecosystem tools and systems (i.e. DAM, Salsify, Syndigo)
  • Proactively train cross-functional partners to drive successful adoption of the product management platform
  • Drive eContent playbook planning, communication, and governance in collaboration with agencies, eContent strategists, Brand, and Sales teams
  • Showcase strong communication skills to onboard new brand team members to eContent

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of eCommerce, eContent operations or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with project management tools ( ex. Adobe Workfront) and content publishing platforms (ex. Salsify, Syndigo)

Others

  • Experience in digital marketing, digital shelf analytics, or product ownership is preferred
  • Must be able to travel up to 10%
