Job Title:   Operations Coordinator
Location: Staverton, Wiltshire

Duration ; 12 month Fixed Term Contract

 
Salary circa £31,000  depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits!

Position Summary

 

We have a fantastic Opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our Staverton Operations Team reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The key goal of this role is to support Manufacturing excellence through the provision of accurate and timely data reporting using data software systems.

Impact

 

The role of Operations coordinator is a pivotal role for the department duties would include but not limited too

 

  • Responsible for Administration Management within Operation team to ensure data accuracy across multiple digitalised systems.
  • Process Order Management and support
  • Material Usage Variance analysis and material consumption auditing
  • Provide data and systems support service to Production and System Performance Managers
  • Maintaining end user GLOBE transactional knowledge (Inc. external solutions e.g. DMO, auto labeller)
  • Planning operations activities and create operations master plan with clear KPIs and target for the shift leaders
  • Training , coaching  and support for Shift Leaders and AWG team members.
  • Provide accurate and up to date information ensuring the achievement of the factory KPIs whilst ensuring compliance.
  • Execute the appropriate daily / weekly health checks to maintain system health- Investigation and rectification of data and system errors.
  • Creation of standards to ensure system compliance as per company guidelines.

This role is very much at the front line of our operation and the person we need, needs to have a wide spectrum of skills with a key focus on

 

  • Computer literacy and data input accuracy
  • Previous experience in materials inventory would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in GLOBE SAP would be an advantage
  • Evidence of being able to schedule multiple tasks from labour to operational activities
  • Has previously worked in a fast paced environment
  • Exposure to manufacturing, ideal but not essential
