We have an exciting Fixed term opportunity Project Document Controller role based at our Staverton Factory, working as part of a project team who are responsible for the development and evolution of this amazing plant.

Your impact

 

The main purpose of this role is to deliver the administrative compliance for the project on site and be responsible for the preparation and delivery of some procurement activities.

 

  • Preparing and managing yearly orders for project (water, post, courier, taxi, laundry services, cleaning of project container)
  • Managing other project administrative orders (Project container rental, storage containers, uniforms for project team members, Laundry materials, lockers, stationaries, catering, etc.)Project team support in HR department (transferring basic information from HR, solving basic HR issues, Weekly Time Evaluation errors handling)

Support  SAP users in everyday GLOBE issues, solving problems (creating PR, cheching SAP data, WBS, ECP, managing access to N drive folders etc. )

  • Creating, updating and implementing internal procedures to help accomplish specific tasks and processes in project management

 

 

Your ingredients for success

 

 To be successful in this role you will already have a fantastic breadth of working as a project administrator exposed to procurement activities including purchase orders.

 

  • Competent user of the system SAP
  • Ability to demonstrate dealing with compliance issues
  • Competency with design drawings and engineering classification information
