As part of our Quality team, you will play a vital role in strengthening our quality culture, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational excellence across the factory.
As Quality Improvement & Performance Manager, you will work closely with the Factory Quality Manager to identify opportunities for improvement within quality and food safety systems. You will lead quality improvement initiatives, support digital transformation activities, and use performance data to drive sustainable improvements that enhance consumer satisfaction, product quality, and operational performance.
Your Impact
In this role, you will help shape a culture where quality, food safety, and continuous improvement are embedded into everyday operations. You will partner with stakeholders across the factory to identify opportunities, solve problems, build capability, and ensure quality performance remains a key driver of business success.
• Quality Improvement & Performance Management – Lead quality improvement projects and performance initiatives.
• Digital Quality & Systems Excellence – Coordinate and improve quality digital systems and master data.
• Quality Assurance & Incident Management – Investigate incidents, complaints and non-conformances.
• Capability Building & Coaching – Deliver training, coaching and quality capability development.
• Operational Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate across functions to drive priorities.
• Quality Culture & Compliance – Champion food safety, quality awareness and compliance.
Your Ingredients for Success
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience within quality assurance, food manufacturing, production, or a related technical environment together with strong analytical, stakeholder management and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Education & Technical Knowledge – Degree or equivalent in a science-related discipline.
• Quality & Operational Experience – Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing or production.
• Continuous Improvement Expertise – Knowledge of TPM, DMAIC and structured problem solving.
• Digital & Data Capability – Proven Microsoft Office and Power BI skills.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Experience coaching and influencing others.
• Communication & Professional Attributes – Excellent organisational and communication skills.
