Your Job:

• Title and Reference Point: Boutique Team Leader, reports to Linda Westlund, Retail Area Manager Nespresso Boutiques
• Key Mission in the Job: Lead and coach boutique employees to achieve high service standards and sales targets.
• The Team: Manage a team of 8 employees at Täby Centrum, collaborating with other Team Leaders in the region.
• Preferred start date: 1st of April 2025
• Employment: Temporary contract until 31st of December 2025. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to maintain high service standards and achieve sales results.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees for their personal development.
• Participate in the hiring process and plan training for new and existing staff.
• Foster a strong team spirit and enhance collaboration among team members.
• Standardize processes and routines to improve efficiency in the boutique.
• Collaborate with the Retail Area Manager to drive the development of the boutique.

We Are Looking For:

• Relevant education and at least 2 years of leadership experience in retail or service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
