Your Job:
The Clinic Excellence Lead is instrumental in enabling a successful implementation of our roadmap in the veterinary channel. You will report to the Head of Veterinary Channel Nordic and key responsibilities are:

  • Lead, manage and coach a team of experts in their daily work within the veterinary circuit in the Nordic markets
  • Contribute to business plan development, lead operational implementation and monitor performance in the markets and at individual level
  • Manage relationships with new and existing partners
  • Be the point of contact for the European team in technical expertise and responsible to roll out technical and commercial trainings in the local markets

This role could be located at our Swedish offices in Stockholm or Helsingborg or in our Nordic main office in Denmark. As you will be leading a team located across the Nordic markets some travel is required, approximately 2-4 days per month. 

 

We Are Looking For:

  • A person with minimum 3- 5 years of experience in the veterinary clinic circuit
  • Great understanding of commercial growth and how to achieve it
  • Leadership experience in managing a team of experts/specialists and ability to build strong teams by fostering a culture of empowerment
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for making a difference and taking ownership
  • Experience in office software and working with sales force customer management software
  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English, as that is our corporate language


Employment: Temporary contract for 18 months
