Your Job
As Nordic Data & Insight Specialist, you will be the analytical engine behind Nespresso’s consumer engagement strategy across the Nordic region. Your mission is to transform data into insights that drive growth, optimize the consumer journey, and elevate the Nespresso experience. You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Collect and analyze internal and external data (market trends, consumer behavior, competitors).
•    Develop predictive models and provide actionable recommendations.
•    Shape strategies for acquisition, onboarding, and loyalty across B2C and B2B channels.
•    Ensure data quality and GDPR compliance.
•    Deliver insights that support strategic decisions and marketing campaigns.

 

We Are Looking For THE POWER OF YOU
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for data and consumer insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to turn complexity into clarity. With strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset, you influence decisions and drive meaningful results.

•    University degree in quantitative marketing, statistics, economics, or similar.
•    Some years of experience in insights, CRM, or data analytics.
•    Knowledge of tools like SPSS, SAS, KNIME, SQL, and CRM platforms.
•    Experience in FMCG or DTC business is a plus.
•    Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex data.
•    Proactive, curious, and comfortable in an international, multicultural setting.
