Your Job
As Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of Nespresso’s brand image and business results across the Nordic region. You will lead a team of 4 direct reports and approximately 20 further team members and be part of the Nordic Management Team. At Nespresso, we don’t just market coffee – we craft experiences. As our new Marketing Manager, you’ll be the visionary behind how our brand connects with consumers across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Finland. From strategy to execution, you’ll lead a talented team and shape the journey from bean to cup – and beyond.
You will shape the consumer lifecycle journey, lead engagement and loyalty strategies, and ensure that our brand communication is consistent and high-quality across all channels. You’ll also manage a substantial marketing budget and collaborate across departments to drive innovation and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business results and brand image across the Nordic region
- Lead the development and execution of the consumer lifecycle journey strategy
- Drive Nespresso’s brand image consistently across channels, generating demand with a full funnel approach including performance marketing
- Lead sustainability strategy and initiatives
- Provide marketing tools and support to B2C and B2B channels
- Analyze market, consumer, and channel data to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in execution

You are a visionary and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. With a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of premium consumer experiences, you know how to inspire teams, translate insights into action, and drive meaningful results. Complexity doesn’t intimidate you — it energizes you — and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Over the years, you’ve built a solid foundation in marketing and commercial leadership. You hold a degree at MSc or MA level in marketing, business, economics, or a related field, and have gathered broad experience across both marketing and sales functions. Whether your background is in FMCG, premium brands or direct-to-consumer business, you’ve developed a sharp commercial instinct and a passion for building strong, customer-centric brands.
You’re confident navigating data, leading cross-functional teams, and making decisions that balance creativity with business impact. Your expertise spans market research, CRM, brand marketing, and product management — and you bring a structured, yet agile approach to leadership.
The role is based in Stockholm and you will be working with people across the offices in Copenhagen and Oslo as well. Fluency in English and Swedish is essential, and since this role spans the Nordic region, proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage.
