We Offer

As Nordic Sales Force Excellence Manager you will contribute to the achievement of our sales and profit objectives by ensuring sales force excellence in close cooperation with market Business Executive Officer (BEO) and Sales Leaders. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Global Sales Force Excellence Strategy is implemented and adapted to suit our local market. You will guide our Nordic market on topics such as valuing and targeting the right Accounts and Customers, as well as advising on field force sizing and deployment across channels, investments and tools, measuring performance and KPI’s for continuous improvement. You will, in collaboration with the Global Sales Excellence team, continuously coach and develop the sales force in their ability to engage with customers and constantly search for excellence. In order to support you in this you will receive regular training yourself and become a certified coach on many of our in-house programs.

 

In greater detail the role will involve:

  • Working with our CRM tool and our sales force on a continuous and ongoing basis.
  • Using the global best practices as a model, to together with sales leads, adapt and execute optimized customer profiling, segmentation & targeting locally.
  • Strengthening the team through coaching, development and training
  • Identifying competency gaps and training needs of the field force and assisting in the delivery of training programs to include New Hire Training, National and Regional Sales Meetings and online training courses.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of technical training needs related to the CRM system
  • Conduct a regular review of business needs to recommend CRM system enhancements and usages.

 

The role as Nordic Sales Force Excellence Manager is a new position and reports into our Nordic Business Executive Officer. It can be placed in any of our Nordic offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Oslo. As you will be supporting all of our Nordic teams, we believe regular travel will be necessary. 

Your Experience

In order to be successful in the role we believe that you have a degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Sciences or Business. You have previous experience within sales and marketing, sales training and SFE function from the medical nutrition or pharmaceutical industry. Previous experience of working in CRM system Veeva will likely be a big advantage for you. You are fluent in business English, fluency in a Nordic language is beneficial.

As a person you are an individual with strong business acumen skills, who enjoys analysis and conceptual thinking. Moreover, you are a keen collaborator who is able to make strategic goals, tangible and applicable in practice for all of your audiences each with different needs and various degrees of experience. As we are a Nordic team located in all four markets, you will need to be comfortable influencing others through both face to face and virtual channels. Solid presentation skills and a high proficiency with Business Planning tools are therefore a must for you to be effective.
