Your Job:

  • Title of the Job and Reference Point: Tender Manager Sweden, reports to Carola Granholm, Head of Country Sales NHS Sweden
  • Key Mission: Lead the tender process and ensure competitive bid to enhance our market position.
  • The Team: Collaborate closely with the Field Sales, KAM and Marketing.
  • Employment: Temporary contract for 14 months. 
  • Preferred Start Date: 1st of May.
  • Location: Stockholm. Openess to Helsingborg, but expected in Stockholm min. 4-5 days/Month

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tender process and analyze pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including tender managers and purchasing departments in regions.
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders such as the Country Manager, Controller, BEO, Field Sales Manager, Demand Planner, Supply Chain and Legal.
  • Navigate hard deadlines and ambiguous timelines related to tender announcements.
  • Develop structured and thorough project plans to lead initiatives effectively.

We Are Looking For:

  • 5 years of experience in sales
  • Min. 2 years of experience with tender management. 
  • Empathy, relationship builder, combined with strong negotiation skills to influence and impact others.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Good in Swedish and English.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Curiosity for uncovering new opportunities and challenging the norm.
  • Enthusiasm for making a difference and taking ownership.
