Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Sciences, or related field

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Build and maintain good relations among employees, management, and community by ensuring compliance, driving & implementing various employee relations programs and activities to make Nestle. 
  • Manage to provide excellent services on HR administration and general affairs to employees in the Factory.  
  • Effectively source, recruit, interview and hire professionals and high caliber staffs to fulfill business requirements & needs aligning with people plan strategy and manpower control against the OPL budget for the Factory.
  • Manage End-To-End Training Process such as training needs analysis and identification, training budget management, training nominations, training courses/programs organization (functional/technical and soft skills) etc.
  • Ensure Performance drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.   
  • Ensure line managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels.  

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Political Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR. (Training, ER, Recruitment, Payroll etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP (HR Module) would be an advantage.
  • Result oriented, work well with others & a can-do attitude.
  • Strong service mind & good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and can work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Good computer literacy (i.e. MS-Office applications, Internet, etc.)      
  • Good knowledge of labour law knowledge.
  • Good communication in English & Thai is a must.
