This role follows a Full-Time rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.

As a Senior Coffee Specialist, you’ll be the go-to support for our leadership team—helping the Boutique run seamlessly while inspiring your colleagues. Bring Your Best 

• Deliver customer service that shines and reflects our Nespresso brand and values 
• Engage and connect with customers through tastings and club membership 
• Share your passion for coffee and grow your expertise as a Senior Coffee Specialist 
• Play a key role in daily operations, help coordinate operations, guide performance, and support team growth. 
• Partner with the Stock Controller to achieve stock control targets
