This role follows a Full-Time rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.

As a Boutique Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver service experiences that go beyond the ordinary - guiding customers through tastings, sharing the story behind each blend, and showcasing Nespresso’s commitment to sustainability.

You’ll also play a key role in the smooth running of the Boutique. As a trusted support for the leadership team and a keyholder, you’ll take on opening and closing responsibilities, help coordinate daily operations, and ensure the Boutique is always ready to shine. Every day brings variety: driving sales, creating memorable customer interactions, mentoring and supporting new team members, and contributing to a positive, high‑performing environment.

Share your passion for coffee and continue growing your knowledge as a Senior Coffee Specialist.
