We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our high performing B2B Sales team located in North Sydney. This position will require the successful candidate to work across an NSW territory which includes Sydney North, North West and Hunter Region.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced B2B Business Development Manager who … 

Will proactively seek out new business opportunities that align to our brand within your NSW specific territory, and professionally develop these business relationships to reach their full potential. Your energetic approach and sophisticated sales technique will allow you to truly become an ambassador of the Nespresso brand. You will be a true customer focused professional who is self-motivated, with excellent communication skills, and have a team spirited approach with a strong desire to succeed. This position will allow you to work with a high degree of autonomy on your day to day schedule, whilst also enjoying the support of a strong team network. Your ability to contribute ideas, market information and experience to the team will ensure its continued success as a cohesive unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 + years proven success in a business development role dealing with high value clients within office channels, and a proven ability to successfully liaise and partner with C-Suite stakeholders with a value-add approach. Your responsibilities include;

 

  • Seeking out, nurturing and partnering with new business opportunities in your assigned territory
  • Daily management of existing accounts across your territory aligned with a developed sales plan/contact cadence
  • Identifying and executing optimal product suite offering opportunities within a managed portfolio
  • Utilising provided sales tools efficiently to maximise data accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Always being an advocate for the Nespresso brand and upholding Nespresso values in your daily activities
