We’re opening our KitKat Chocolatory Flagship Boutique in Sydney CBD.
We are looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager, passionate about chocolate and creating exceptional breaks for our guests!

 

Following the success and popularity of the KitKat Chocolatory Boutique in Melbourne Central, we’re excited to announce the arrival of the first permanent store in Sydney CBD.

 

KitKat Chocolatory allows you to experience chocolate like never before, offering our guests the opportunity to discover and create their ultimate break. Our dynamic, energetic & fun team work in an environment with a focus on delivering premium guest service, ensuring each experience is exceptional.

 

Your opportunity:

 

We're looking for an experienced guest service professional to fill the role of KitKat Chocolatory Boutique Assistant Manager at our brand new boutique in Sydney CBD. Essential to the creation and delivery of an innovative and globally recognised brand, you will excited to be part of something new and eager to take ownership of delivering product excellence.  Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you’ll be joining a fast paced and collaborative team environment.

 

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth daily running of the boutique in order to deliver sales, profit & guest satisfaction
  • Welcoming guests into the boutique and offering an exceptional experience to them, by identifying guest preferences, sharing your product knowledge and guiding their selections
  • Supporting the Boutique Manager in their daily activities and replacing during absences.
  • Ownership of inventory and stock management, responsible for maintaining stock levels
  • Achieving individual and team sales and service targets
  • Adhering to food hygiene and quality standards
  • Maintaining a strong and current knowledge of products, ingredients and services


About you:
 
Outgoing, approachable and passionate about chocolate, you’ll enjoy working as part of a close knit team delivering new products and innovative service. You’ll be motivated by delivering a world-class guest experience and exceeding expectations. 

 

Your previous roles will have prepared you with:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a fast paced environment within a guest facing role in Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service
  • Impeccable communication skills and previous experience in a customer service management or sales management role
  • Strong Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn other technology platforms


You will:

  • Be available to commence from 1st April 2020 and have full availability 1st April – 30 June 2020.
  • Be available to work across our full roster, including regular late nights and weekend trade
  • Have full availability across our key trading period of Christmas
