Location: Wollongong/Shell Harbour (NSW)
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent

A day in the life…
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build strong customer relationship through regular face-to-face meetings, identifying needs, showcasing product offerings, and negotiating sales agreements.
- Monitor and leverage competitor insights and customer feedback to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and customers as required.
- Deliver against key sales KPIs, including shelf management, presell, compliance, and execution of high-impact displays.
- Drive additional value by uncovering in-store opportunities such as incremental distribution and off-location displays.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of Merchandisers
- You will need to be flexible as there will be a regional stay involved- approx. 3 - 4 nights every 4 weeks
Travel Requirements
You will be responsible for visiting customers and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- The territory does have a regional area to service. Approx 3-4 nights every 4 weeks.
- Attending conferences and participating in sales meetings.
What will make you successful?
As a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products, we are looking for:
- Field sales or retail experience preferred ideally in FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
- Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationships.
- Knowledge of MS Office & PowerBI
- This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License
