Build your career with Nespresso! We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time In-Store Coffee Trainer within the Nespresso Pop up Boutique in Slyvia Park.
This position requires the successful candidate to work a rotating roster, where alternate weekend availability is required, as shown below:
- Monday 11:00am - 7:30pm
- Tuesday 10:00am - 6:30pm
- Wednesday 8:30am - 7:00pm
- Thursday 1:00pm - 9:30pm
- Sunday 8:30 - 7:30pm
As the Coffee Expert…
Work as part of the Boutique leadership team and inspire our people and customers to think about what’s in their cup. Share your expertise and passion for coffee and developing others. Provide valuable training and knowledge that will enable us to deliver engaging and memorable experiences in the Boutique that deliver on the Nespresso brand promise.

Supporting coffee launches including the training and engagement of your team

Lead and uphold standards for our tasting experience

Host and facilitate tasting activations for customers

Be the point of reference for coffee expertise within your Boutique

Share your passion and expertise to create meaningful experiences for your customers

Introduce and educate customers on Nespresso products

Planning, delivering, and reviewing all coffee training in the boutique
-
Managing and facilitating the coffee masterclasses within the boutique
-
Support the daily operations of the Boutique

Keyholder Opening and Closing Responsibilities
