Position Summary

Your main task will be to support the E2E Project Manager to Plan and lead investment projects in the production area and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders, in order to achieve the project defined capability to support the business delivering manufacturing excellence and the invested resources bring the expected returns.

How your day will look

Support and coordinate the planning and implementing period of the projects according to the following points:

  • Define the main goals of the projects, collect the necessary resources and take into consideration the possible losses
  • Engage factory team in develop synergies between the project and the factory
  • Design the project based on Corporate Business Principles, standards, local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications and the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability)
  • Lead the Development of an Operation Start-up Plan to coordinate the operational preparation (People, Materials, Methods), including a ramp up curve aligned to the business requirements
  • Lead the project team, define and keep the timing, cost and quality
  • Ensure the safe and healthy environment during the whole project
  • Manage the required interactions outside of factory to ensure that the product/process permits, and licenses are ready.
  • Competency Development of the project employees
  • Prepare the detailed activity schedule from the implementation to the stability phase
  • Ensure the smooth handover to operations after the qualification and verification of the installation
  • Continuous follow up of the costs and deadlines
  • Be the leader of the project team from the production side, which includes the onboarding, motivating, coaching, developing, supporting and evaluating of the team members
What will make you successful
  • College degree
  • Intermediate level in English both in verbally and writing
  • Advanced user level in Microsoft Office tools
  • Precision, independence, proactivity, team spirit
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in factory environment including project management experience
