ブランドコミュニケーションマネージャーのディレクションのもと、ネスプレッソブランドの認知・イメージ向上における一連の対外コミュニケーション活動の実行

【業務内容】

ブランドコミュニケーションマネージャーの指示の下、下記の業務の遂行を行う

・スイス本社が提供する各種アセットのローカライゼーション（クリエイティブエージェンシーとの折衝、進行・制作管理）

・ブランディング管理（ブランドガイドラインに則し、部門内外におけるブランドに関わるコミュニケーションの監修）

・オンライン・オフライン広告活動におけるプラン補佐および進行管理と実行

・PR会社と連携をしながら、プレスリリースの作成・配信・管理、校正対応、露出分析とレポート作成、プレスイベントの実行

・ブランド調査の補佐業務

【応募資格・求める経験／能力・スキル】

• 大学卒業以上
• 対外コミュニケーション活動の経験３年以上。ラグジュアリーまたはプレミアムブランド、消費財、グローバルブランド事業の企業経験がより望ましい
• 対外的コミュニケーションをゼロから作成することのできる高度な日本語文章能力（対外コミュニケーション作成経験必須）
• ブランドビジネスへの理解・興味、学習意欲が高く、細部へのこだわり
• ブランド事業会社および代理店での経験歓迎
• デジタルコミュニケーション分野における（デジタルコンテンツ制作、コミュニケーション、SNS等）の経験や知識歓迎
• 日本語レベル：ネイティブ、英語：ビジネス（特に読み書き）
• 分析スキル
• 戦略的思考
• 部署間および多国文化間の協働能力とステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力
• スピード感を持ち、変化のある環境で緊張感を維持して結果を出せる能力

【勤務条件】

給与：月給制。年収550～700万円　＊年収は経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定いたします

賞与・昇給：賞与 年2回支給／昇給 年1回（4月）＊勤務状況及び個人と会社業績を考慮の上、決定いたします

手当：通勤交通費（会社規定により支給）、別居手当等

休日：年間休日123日・完全週休二日制 （土、日、祝、夏季・年末年始休暇）、慶弔休暇

有給休暇：初年度10日（入社日に付与）最大20日

就業時間： 09：00～17：45（休憩60分、実働07時間45分）一定期間ののち企画業務型裁量労働制

社会保険：健康保険・厚生年金・雇用保険・労災保険
