■Position Summary
The Digital Commerce Manager is responsible for
• Continuous optimization of the B2C and OOH eBoutiques' performance and operations, to deliver upon sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Delivery in time and quality of the entire eCommerce projects' portfolio, from new features and services development to global and local campaigns definition and planning, by managing the project execution with eCommerce Operations and Performance Specialists, and by establishing / ensuring efficient ways of working with all the different market's functions and channels (CRC / Trade / F&C / SC / Marketing / CRM / etc).
• Building relevant and consistent best-in-class customer journeys/user experiences across all online touchpoints, in alignment with the CRM Insights and according to the defined campaign plans and commercial initiatives.
• Definition of both user experience and eMerchandising A/B test hypotesis and scenarios to improve the eCommerce channel new member acquisition & sales performance and the customer satisfaction scores.

■Required Qualifications
<Must Have>
• Business degree
• 4+ years experience in web mastering/eCommerce platforms management (incl. mobile)
• Project Management (PM Certification a plus) and strong commercial acumen
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, experience across multiple CMS & photoshop tools
• Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing & personalization)
• Understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites
• Good Knowledge of Web Analytics
• Both Japanese and English proficiency is mandatory. (Higher than Business level)
<Nice to Have>
• Experience in SEO optimization is a plus
• Google Analytics Certification is a plus
• Previous CRM experience is a plus

■Working Conditions
Status: Regular / Permanent employee (Trial period 6 months)
Starting Date: Sept. 2024-
Location: Nestlé Nespresso K.K. Head Office / 2-10-2, Higashi Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan
JR: 5 min on foot from Gotanda stn., 8 min on foot from Osaki stn.
(Scope of change) Business locations designated by the company
Transfer: No immediate (It may occur depending on the transfer after joining the company)
The number of recruited: 1 person
Annual Gross Income: Around 10 to 12 million yen / Monthly pay basis (It will be determined in consideration of experience and skills.)
Allowance: Bonus-twice a year, Grade allowance (Management Position), Commuting expenses
Holidays: Annual holiday 123 days / 2 days off per week
Paid leave: 10 days in the first year (Given on the start day) up to 20 days
Working hours: 9:00a.m.-5:45p.m. (Break 60 min. actual work 7 hours 45 min.)
