【Position Summary】
Brand Communication Specialist supports Brand Communication Manager to ensure successful implementation of brand communication programs both advertisement and non-advertisement to make the brand meaningful to a broader customer target (gain Awareness, Consideration and Conversion)

 

【Required Qualifications, Experiences & Skills】
-    Draft PR strategy and PR calendar development for both online and offline 
-    Execute PR activities by leading PR agency such as: 
Prepare Press releases, Manage inquiries from media on daily basis, Execute events for Media/Influencers, Track and analyze always-on PR exposures and make report and propose actions when necessary
-    Draft advertisement calendar, develop media plan and ad materials
-    Guard the brand identity and tone of voice, e.g. supporting other departments in the adaptation and creation of all communication around the brand 
-    Support research about Brand surveys, track brand survey results on the global platform
-    Manage Influencers/tastemaker activities on SNS: Develop communication calendar, Arrange seeding, manage daily correspondence, Track performance and make reports 
With support and instruction of Brand Communication Manager. 

 

【What will make you successful】

-  3-5 years work experience in Communication field
-  1-2 years work experience in digital communication field which includes contents development of digital materials
-  Basic knowledge of Japan media landscape
-  Experience with social media platforms
-  Experience in both client side and agency side is a plus
-  Experience with a global brand (luxury, FMCG) is a plus
-  Business Level English - able to present and conduct meetings in English
    
-   Strategic thinking
-   Curiosity and ability to generate creative ideas
-   Able to communicate complex messages in a simple way
-   Agility to manage urgent subjects
-   Pragmatic and results-oriented
-   Good interpersonal & communication skills 
-   Passion for growth

 

【Benefit/Working Conditions】
Annual Income (Gross): 5.5M+ yen (Pay Basis: Monthly) 
 *It will be determined in consideration of experience and skills.
Bonus: Bonus-Twice a year / Salary increase-Once a year (April) 
 *It will be determined based on work conditions and, individual and company performance.
Allowance: Commuting expenses (paid according to company regulations) etc.
Holidays: Annual holiday 123 days / 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, Summer / New Year holidays), etc.
Paid leave: 10 days in the first year (Given on the start day) up to 20 days
Working hours: 09:00~17:45 (Break 60 min. actual work 07 hours 45 min.) Discretionary Working System for Management-Related Work (After a certain period)
Working style: Hybrid (combination of office work and remote work) 
Social Insurance: Health Insurance/Employees’ Pension/Unemployment Insurance/Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance
