We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to responsible for the functional support activities pertaining to quality systems and regulatory affairs in the factory.
A day in the life of...
- Promote quality awareness across the company. Contribute to competence development of quality professionals across the organisation.
- Develops all technical replies in relation to customer complaints or enquiries.
- Drives product improvement to reduce consumer complaints.
- Monitors and analyzes consumer complaint data.
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area of concern.
- Supports the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses) and DMAIC.
- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise.
- Coordinates regular quality review meeting.
- Reviews rework management.
- Supports Foreign body taskforce to eliminate Foreign matter complaints.
- Assess that the Nestlé Management System is in place and is obtaining expected results in a given operating unit.
- Supports the execution of the Integrated Audit Program ensuring that the plant is compliant with company and regulatory requirements and always ready for inspections.
What will make you successful
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred 3 years relevant working experience in Food / Nutritional / Pharmaceutical industry)
- Demonstrated competence in their specific field to support business requirements
- Experience in successfully implementing qualitsy assurance programs like participating in projects, leading part of a change effort, participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more senior staff members, establishing networks of peers, in markets or factories & leading business continuous improvement activities
