Location: Tahliwal, H.P, India
Experience: 3-5 years in CL Management.
Education: MBA in Human Resource
Purpose:
Efficiently handling all contractuals and Contract labors, ensuring compliance.
Serve as a single point of contact for the contractual labour. Ensuring all principal employer responsibilities are fulfilled. Managing contract compliance.
Roles and Responsibility:
Recruitment and Training:
1. Onboarding Contractual Labor.
2. Ensuring relevant compliance and medical checks
3. Ensuring periodic NCBP/COBC/POSH/Safety/QA & all mandatory compliance trainings being rendered to the CL.
Manpower Requirement: Raising timely requisitions and ensuring timely supply of manpower to support shift operations.
Stakeholder Management:
1. Handling service providers and resolving issues, if any.
2. Ensuring CL compliance is being diligently followed- external and internal
3. Ensuring payment of wages/PF/ESIC/OT/LWF are being given by the employer
4. Driving CL settlements and calculation of arrears and bonus.
5. Filing of returns as per labour laws.
6. SPOC for labour inspection
Security Management:
1.Ensuring security guidelines & best practices & facility operations.
2. Ensuring security trainings as per PASARA act 2005.
Audit Ready: Ensuring all documents are properly maintained to ensure audit readiness.
Working hour compliance:Maintaining attendance and ensuring working hour compliance is followed.
Shift Monitoring and MIS preparations: Prepare MIS for Contract labor compliances.
What are we looking for ?
Proficiency in CL law Proficiency in SAP/ERP
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Communication Skills
Stakeholder/Vendor Management experience
Knowledge of CLRA and related acts.
Problem solving attitude
Understanding of factory landscape
