Position Snapshot

  • Experienced QA in Food safety, Audit, Training, IMS(Inter-Market Supply) and Procedure management
  • Category QA of Confectionary, CPW(Cereal Partners Worldwide), NPP(Nestle Purina PetCare), IU(Industrial Use) and Nestle Water
  • Functional support of Downstream and Super user of SAP, IMS Complaint, PB(Product Brief) and Artwork within TW market
  • Support on Crisis/Issue management coordination
     

Position Summary

Provide QA support to related CoMan(Co-Manufacturing) factories, DC(Distribution Center), BU(Business Unit) and QM super user support to QA team for driving continuous improvement and reduction of quality defects in category products, local made or imports

A day in the life of...

  • Make sure FSMS/HACCP/QMS properly implemented and maintained in CoMan and DC
  • Update, maintain and execute Quality related procedures properly to meet business needs in the value chain process
  • Input and Review Quality related requirements in PB for import products and role management
  • Monitor and review on inventory wise report and give usage decision when defect found
  • Raise and manage IMS complaint when factory original quality issue happened to import products
  • Review of Import/Local made complaints within Console system and take action
  • Support on Crisis/Issue management coordination
  • Input technical opinion when category BU needed

What will make you successful

  • Detail oriented and hands on in execution
  • Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking
  • Good command of MS office, especially, PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
  • Good data, project management and analytical skills
  • Familiar with QM ERP system
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food related department preferred; or an equivalent combination of work experience, more than 5 years
  • Business and collaborative mind set. Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Change Management
