Managing Dairy & Beverages business from a marketing and commercial perspective.

Position Summary

Develop, implement, and coordinate of I&Rs and marketing activities with good collaboration with supporting functions to deliver financial KPIs.

A day in the life of...

  • Lead product I&R pipeline with strategy to grow local Ready To Drink business
  • Develop marketing activities and communication materials to support product launch and deliver top line sales target.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions (sales, trade marketing, supply chain, technical support, MA) to ensure marketing plans are executed and financial objective are met
  • Take lead of Innovation and Renovation projects to identify market potential of new products and concepts as well as propose the solid launching plan to get endorsed by cross-functional teams, perform a strong leadership on the I&R projects.
  • Have good sense on P&L to set pricing strategy, review trade spending, control marketing fund in order to deliver COP1 target.
  • Work with logistic/R&D team and Legal/RSA to ensure the compliance of internal policy from marketing point of view, convince others with clear rationales.
  • Participate MBP process on sales review, forecast, operation issue with solutions, and stock management
     

What will make you successful

  • Minimum 5+ year experience in Product Marketing, preferred Nestle internal candidates who are familiar with Nestle process and system
  • Capable to work independently with good communication skill
  • Ability to think strategically and identify ways of problem solving
  • Excellent execution and good P&L sense
  • Fluent in English for communication in writing and verbally
  • Experienced in RTD/Liquid based business and NPD process will be a plus
