Position Snapshot

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 
  • Minimum 2-years experience in multi channel consumer communication.  
  • Familiar with data analysis 
  • Good command in EXCEL/ Power Points/ Salesforce 
  • Familiar with the operation and business process of call center, familiar with the business process of handling government complaints, with strong insight,
  • Proactive problem solving  
  • Strong sense of ownership, adapt to high intensity of work pressure  
     

Position Summary

Will be the ambassador of consumer service, which facilitate day to day communications internally. Providing high quality service to consumers and cerate positive Word of Mouth through consumers’ satisfaction.
 

A day in the life of...

  • Manage care center and work with consumer services manager
  • Lead care center team members, mainly NDG team            
  • Facilitate the wording and reply with consumers            
  • Provide monthly report of consumer services, mainly NDG and Coffee parts                
     

What will make you successful

  • Able to communication with diverse consumers.
  • Familiar with cross functional collaboration working environment 
  • Strong time management with positive working morale
