  • University Degree with 8+ year working experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG category
  • Day to day cross functional collaborations with dynamic working environment   
     
Position Summary

You will be responsible for Full Cream/ Family MP brand strategy meanwhile delivering brand building activities in Dairy business.

A day in the life of...
  • Develop effective Communication brief and plan and direct agencies in developing promotional materials, media and the implementation. 
  • Develop and update consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand.
  • Ensure consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contribute and execute Innovation pipeline, maintain vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands.
  • Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, select and successfully develop innovation & renovation products portfolio to win in the market. 
  • Contribute to the development, engagement strategies and creates relevant & memorable brand experiences. 
  • Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers.          
  • Ensure compliance and validation to all regulations and specifications

  • Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team        
  • Product innovation and renovation experience with regional/local manufacturers will be a plus
  • Solid digital marketing experience and understand way of working with TFDA/RSA
