  • Nestle and Nescafe Dolce Gusto customer relationship management in Taiwan
  • Analyze customer data to provide support for sales and marketing efforts, providing useful insight on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; and helping to initiate and implement CRM initiatives that will boost brand and customer loyalty and drive consumption.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics, or in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Finance, or Economics.
     

Position Summary

You will be part of eCommerce Team, reporting to eCommerce & NDG B2C Manager and you are in charge of Nescafe Dolce Gusto data analysis to design marketing campaigns, driving sales target and optimize consumer lifetime value.

A day in the life of...

  • Responsible for data analysis utilizing analytical skills to find correlation between different sources/types of data and provide insight into the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for identifying different customer profiles from different channels, and carrying out the optimization of CRM/marketing activities
  • Conduct assessment of CRM programs, member communications, and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting of KPI
  • Responsible for hands-on modeling and analysis of marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • Responsible for executing, optimizing and measuring social media campaigns, ie. LINE
  • Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes
  • Develop CRM database by understanding on-hand data from different brands and channels for Nestle F&B long-term business strategy
     

What will make you successful

  • A proven and successful background developing CRM campaigns, retail or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Experience in CRM or data analysis position for 3-5 years
  • Experience in or worked closely with business intelligence, market insights and/or consumers insights departments
  • Knowledge of SPSS/SAS or similar statistics package, and of Cognos / SQL or other data query tool. Advanced knowledge of MS office
  • Analytical and statistical skills to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures.
  • Interpersonal skills develop and build relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
  • Communication and presentation skills effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as able to communicate quantitative information in a clear and informative manner
