Position Snapshot

  • Lead day to day Public relations and CRM communication planning, design, execution for HQ and local initiate brand and coffee campaigns. At the same time, actively leading the sustainability topic to drive brand awareness, engagement, recognition and ultimately to achieve both brand and commercial target.
  • Act as a Nespresso Marketing Team member who lead PR, CRM and sustainability topics across team, RO, HQ, journalists, KOLs and agencies.

Position Summary

You will be part of Marketing Team, responsible for develop, execute and evaluate across PR, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and CRM communication to maximize brand awareness of the key brand purposes includes authenticity, expertise, sustainability, innovative and local relevancy. In charge of managing internal and external brand communication stakeholders such as agency, journalists, club members, consumers, regional and headquarter to deliver quality and consistent messages recall to key brand purposes.

A day in the life of...

  • Initiate and manage Public Relations activities to maximize awareness and achieve brand targets. Responsible for HQ led campaigns, e.g.farmers welfare, CSR, carbon neutrality…. etc., new coffee and product launch campaigns PR communication across press release, media pitch, interview, KOL seeding, advertorial, digital media and event planning, production, and execution in order to maximize brand exposures and gain recognition from the market.
  • Specialized in leading sustainability community of HQ activities and local initiatives to reinforce the authentic, trust worthy and sustainability brand image. Plan and execute strategic communication to lead sustainability topics in market by building up relationship with existing partner (NTU, organic farmers, experts, KOL...) and potential co-op organizations.
  • Create and plan CRM communication for the member activations to maintain member health and to achieve business sales target. Take effective call-to-action for CRM activation by developing the key messages, visual and layout of the direct mail (DM), eDM, SMS/MMS, Line & local Gift with Purchases to maximize impact on set targets.

What will make you successful

  • At least 4 years experience in PR, Brand or Marketing with strong media and/or digital responsibilities
  • Track record in hands on marketing content such as copy writing, visual editing and creatives development skills; Experienced in managing external agencies
  • Have insight on managing premium and luxury brand with FMCG mindset; existing network in media is a plus
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and oral; MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel…etc.) is must and visual editing tools (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere…etc.) is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivation, team player with time-management skills to work under pressure.
  • Conceptually and creatively strong with eye for detail.
