Position Summary 

 

Join us as a Field Sales Specialist for our Estonia Sales Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing our in-store visibility strategy for Nestle brands. Your responsibilities will involve conducting daily retail audits, interacting with the Trade Partner (Distributor Team) to enhance tactical execution, and providing the team with valuable market data. 

 

Key areas of responsibility of the Field Sales Specialist are: 

 

  • Merchandising: Ensuring daily that Nestle products in retail stores are in accordance with merchandising Guidelines, enhancing visibility of Nestle Brands, stimulating sales. 

  • Training and Development: Contribution to training sessions for Distributor Team on Nestle products, expanding their product knowledge and sales skills. 

  • Promotions and other in-store activations: Ensuring that the execution of promotions, Category Planograms are timely and as per agreement,  

  • Sales Reporting and Market Analysis: Collecting market data via digital solutions and providing regular updates Internally and to Distributor Team on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback and other opportunities. 

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. 

  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhering to Nestle's compliance policies, ethical standards and legal guidelines in all sales activities and interactions with customers. 

 

Qualifications and attributes which would contribute to your success: 

 

  • Experience and knowledge of what and how FMCG market is operating.  

  • Understanding various sales functions, including Category Management and Trade Marketing is considered an advantage.  

  • Experience of working with distributors is considered an advantage.  

  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to initiate positive changes.  

  • Excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Estonian, with the ability to communicate in English (Must).  

  • Possession of a valid driving license (Must).
