As Sales Support Specialist and Office Administration,  you will play an important role in supporting the Team by ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate data management, and efficient coordination across functions.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Sales Support  

 

  • Support order processing and invoicing in cooperation with Integrated Business Services (IBS, shared service center) 

  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and IBS to ensure smooth execution 

  • Maintain customer data, pricing and contract inputs in internal systems 

  • Monitor and help resolve order and billing issues (ordering, invoicing) 

  • Prepare regular reports and basic analysis for Sales and Finance teams 

  • Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives 

 

Office Administration  

 

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations (supplies, coordination, local events) 

  • Act as local contact for office-related and onboarding topics 

  • Coordinate administrative matters with HR, Finance and external service providers 

  • Support Consumer Line activities: handle incoming consumer inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams on requests or complaints 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or operations (FMCG or similar environment preferred) 

  • Understanding of order-to-cash processes  

  • Good Excel skills (comfortable working with data, preparing reports and keeping information structured) 

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a dynamic environment 

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on execution and results 

  • High attention to accuracy, data quality, and process discipline 

  • Fluent in English and one of the Baltic languages
