Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Customer Facing Supply Chain, you will be responsible to drive innovative collaborative supply chain solutions that deliver a competitive advantage by optimizing cost to serve and maximizing fresh product availability in offline and online retail, as well as localize, implement, and sustain a globally defined O2C Service Strategy in a market, group of markets or business(es) within a market

 

A day of life of…

  • Deliver Supply Chain Value Creation for Nestlé and the Customer
  • Drive cross functional alignment by in partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy.
  • Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams during execution of Idea to Launch (Concept Creation to final delivery)
  • Drive success of On Shelf Availability and Online Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Distributor Stock Availability
  • Use e-Retailer available data (daily sell out, inventory level, geographical sales, customer forecasts, etc.) to help improve forecasting and stock levels in collaboration with Demand Supply Planner.
  • Be the e-Retailers main point of contact for Supply Chain
  • Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestlé and the Customer in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation. 
  • Understanding the route to market for products sold online in the local market. Analyze risks with other functions such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Legal.
  • Develop, Monitor and Drive the long-term updates of the Market Service Strategy Model        

 

What will make you successful 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from Engineering Background; Industrial Engineering would be preferable. 
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Strong Service Orientation        
  • Excellent Communicator                
  • Able to adequately communicate with top management, both at market and at center level        
  • Embrace and lead change mindset        
  • Analytical skills and insight to interpret detailed information
