Filling Line Operator - Tanauan Factory

Main Responsibilities / Key Competencies/Skills   

• Operates filling line equipment according to production requirements and procedures.
• Ensures the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Prepares and checks materials before production starts.
• Monitors machine performance and product quality during operation.
• Reports machine breakdowns, abnormalities, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Performs basic equipment cleaning and changeover activities.
• Completes production records and reports accurately.
• Ensures proper handling and identification of materials and products.
• Follows GMP, safety, quality, and work instruction requirements.
• Assists in minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency.
• Coordinates with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse personnel as needed.
• Performs other related duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
