Job Summary:
Responsible for the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant utilities and industrial equipment such as pumps, compressors, refrigeration systems, HVAC units, water systems, substation meters, and automation/instrumentation devices

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Industrial Services & Building Facilities equipment
- Conduct troubleshooting, calibration, inspections, and preventive/predictive maintenance
- Support plant operations by ensuring steady supply of utilities (air, water, chilled water, HVAC, etc.)
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs
- Ensure safe operation of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 3–4 year technical or engineering‑related course
- Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer, Registered Electrical Engineer, or Registered Master Electrician
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, utilities, or industrial plant operations
- With knowledge in electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation, calibration, HVAC systems, compressors, pumps, and preventive/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM)
- Familiarity with safety standards, GMP, and equipment manuals/diagrams
