Industrial Services Operator I

Job Summary:
Responsible for the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant utilities and industrial equipment such as pumps, compressors, refrigeration systems, HVAC units, water systems, substation meters, and automation/instrumentation devices

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Industrial Services & Building Facilities equipment
Conduct troubleshooting, calibration, inspections, and preventive/predictive maintenance
Support plant operations by ensuring steady supply of utilities (air, water, chilled water, HVAC, etc.)
Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs
Ensure safe operation of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems

Qualifications:

Graduate of a 3–4 year technical or engineering‑related course
Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer, Registered Electrical Engineer, or Registered Master Electrician
Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, utilities, or industrial plant operations
With knowledge in electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation, calibration, HVAC systems, compressors, pumps, and preventive/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM)
Familiarity with safety standards, GMP, and equipment manuals/diagrams
