Minimum Educational qualification: Minimum Higher National Diploma (HND) in Laboratory technology.

Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a Food, Pharmaceutical or Medical laboratory.

Nestlé Ghana Limited is currently looking for an Analyst II for its Chemical lab to perform chemical Analysis on materials.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure standardization of milk by sampling from storage tanks and making appropriate recommendations to the Milk Department and monitoring the performance of the milkoscan
  • Conduct physical and chemical analysis on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products the results of which are used for decision-making
  • Monitor Internal Control Plan (ICP) of equipment and reagents according to agreed frequency
  • Results entry of analytical results into the system (SAP)
  • Safety, Health & Environment: Working safely and supporting the overall Safety, Health and Environment Management standards that apply to your work area
  • Any other job assigned by the Chemist or Quality Assurance manager.

  • Good Knowledge of sampling techniques
  • Good Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in conducting complex chemical analysis.
