Nestlé Ghana Limited is seeking a highly driven End-to-End Project Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing value chain, from raw material intake through to finished goods dispatch. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our operations, offering you the opportunity to influence performance, shape teams, and drive meaningful transformation.
The successful candidate will ensure seamless cross‑functional alignment, operational excellence, and consistent delivery of safety, quality, cost, and service targets. This role requires a strong leader who can coach teams, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across the factory.
A day in the life:
- Lead the end-to-end manufacturing value stream, ensuring seamless execution across safety, quality, cost, and service.
- Champion Total Performance Management (TPM), Lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize and optimize production processes, systems, and controls to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Lead, coach, and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
- Partner closely with Safety, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Engineering to deliver aligned business outcomes.
- Drive data-led decision making and leverage digital tools to enhance operational excellence.
- Develop and mentor departmental teams to build capability and engagement.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and value chains.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and execution excellence.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, developing talent and building inclusive, high-performing environments.
- Digital fluency and use of technology in Sales execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Confidence working cross-functionally, building strategic relationships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
