Nestlé CWAR is currently looking for a Laboratory Manager to Responsible for continuous operation for quality products as per given instructions/plan with optimal output and strict adherence to hygiene, safety and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities……

As the laboratory manager you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively, including to

• Manage laboratory staff, including training, and evaluating personnel. Foster a positive work environment and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Ensure Good Laboratory Practices in the Laboratory. Conduct Good Laboratory Practice training for staff and implement GLP protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Ensure that the laboratory complies to all Safety Health and Environment requirements. Conduct safety training for staff and implement safety protocols to minimize risks.
• Ensure that laboratory procedures and results meet quality assurance protocols.  Implement and monitor internal control plans and quality assurance measures to maintain accuracy and reliability of tests.
• Manage the laboratory budget, including resource allocation, purchasing of materials and equipment, and cost optimization measures.
• Oversee the management of laboratory data, including proper documentation, data analysis, and reporting of results.
• Work effectively with other quality assurance sections and factory departments, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve organizational goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support verification of control measure effectiveness in production. Risk assessment and issues investigation. Hygiene monitoring of the production line and environment. Line release for startup.
• Carries out any other job as may be assigned by the Quality Manager
