Location: Tema, Ghana

Position Type: Full-time
Minimum Educational qualification: Minimum Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or electrical engineering.
Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of three (3) years professional experience as head of maintenance or similar function

Nestlé Ghana Limited is currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to lead the group of technicians for the area, both mechanical and electrical and assist technically the respective production managers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficient and prompt maintenance and repair of production plant in the area.
- Lead a group of technical supervisors and line technicians.
- Takes prompt action in case of breakdowns.
- Conducts training of staff to improve their skills, competence and efficiency.
- Ensure that staff under his control is working according to factory rules and regulations.
- Ensures that workers adhere to hygienic standards and safety regulations.
- Follow-up spare parts stock level and place order for new parts when necessary
- Manage and monitor the analytical competence of technicians to perform the required analysis.
- Manage the technicians' training plan and development needs.
- Is proactive in promoting Safety.
- Supports implementation of NQMS and NCE.
