We are looking for energetic and meticulous Technical Operators to play a key part in keeping our production lines running smoothly, safely, and efficiently while delivering quality products that meet the highest hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
A Day in the Life:
- Operating assigned equipment in line with Quality Management Standards (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions while always prioritizing personal and team safety.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP requirements, and all housekeeping routines across each shift.
- Ensuring materials used are according to the approved recipe, within target limits, and in line with First In, First Out (FIFO) principles.
- Conducting equipment start-up, running, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, center lining, changeover, maintenance, and shutdown activities, while accurately monitoring operational parameters and documentation for traceability.
What Will Make You Successful?
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years’ minimum production experience (preferably gained within the food or FMCG industry).
- Good knowledge of production/technical line operations.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to read and write clearly in English language.
- Hands-on experience operating machines, instruments, and production-related devices safely and effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and support continuous improvement on the production line.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including the ability to use basic digital tools for reporting, documentation, and operational tracking.
