Position summary
The Cafeteria Account Manager will be responsible for managing their Area’s Distributors Accounts (3rd party local re-sellers) on a day-to-day basis, in order to deliver sales results & grow the business. They will be promoting the company’s interests and products to the Out of Home market (HO.RE.CA channel), with their main focus on the channel of Cafeterias, representing our products & brands in their appointed area.
A day in the life…
- Account Ownership for Distributors of responsibility
- Responsibility for proposing and building complete customer plans
- Propose & follow-up Opportunities for Categories Growth Development
- Control of total account investment (including Trade assets, CMC, COP1 results)
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (GPS, NNS, Accuracy of Estimations)
- Management of daily/weekly duties with regards to all Points of Consumption portfolio in the areas of Thessaloniki/Kavala/Drama/Serres and the island Thasos
- Effective implementation of Picture of Success (ideal product presence in-store and ensuring ideal end-cup quality) at store level
- Sales Estimation Accuracy responsibility
- Liaise with Internal Stakeholder (Channel Development Teams, Technical Team, Other Channel owners)
- Ambassadorship of our coffee expertise in the market and aiming to establish our company as the ultimate Out-of-Home partner/provider
- Roll-out of business projects in the area and channel of responsibility
What makes you successful
- University Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field
- Postgraduate studies in Marketing or MBA would be a plus
- 2-3 years of working experience in Sales
- Working experience in Ho.re.ca channel will be considered a plus
- PC literacy (mainly MS Office, Outlook)
- Fluency in Greek & English
- Experience in SAP would be an advantage
- Driving license & ability to travel
