Position Summary

This position manages content and production of equipment technical manuals, Field Service bulletins, provide technical support by telephone and email and provide face to face training both in field and in house at the Thonotosassa Service Center.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides technicians with the training necessary to troubleshoot and repair Nestle equipment, the first time without call backs.
• Participates in monthly review with regional managers and supervisors with regards to equipment issues.
• Prepare content and publish technical equipment manuals, updating as required by Engineering Changes.
• Responsible for developing, issuance and updating technical service bulletins and other various field communications.     
• Participate in the Development of Training guidelines for use by members of the team when conducting training schools both in house and in shops
• Provide technical support by telephone to field technicians, account personal, sales, etc when they are confronted with a service issue that can't be solved.
• Provide serviceability and refurbishability input on new equipment to be launched to market by Engineeering     
• Failure mode and root cause investigation with Engineering.    

REQUIREMENTS, MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL, AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors Degree in Technical Education, or years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Technical skills preferred in mechanical, electrical, electronic systems, plumbing, drafting, graphics, video production
• Proven capability to influence cross functionally through strong communication skills and collaboration
• Good organizational skills, time management
• Experience with Project management
• Experience communication at all levels within the organization                                                                       
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel
• Travel as required (10%-30%)

SKILLS:
• Must be able to build relationships, trust, and communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
• Proven organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed team environment.
• Ability to creatively problem solve.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
