POSITION SUMMARY:
Supervises and coordinates field operations, External Service Providers (ESP), technician’s, and warehouse functions of business unit and reports to Regional Operations Manager.  Oversees the day to day operations in designated area.

 

PRiMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Supervise and coordinate field operations including mechanical services, planning, and maintenance activities to drive operational efficiencies and financial plan through the External Service Providers
•    Process Tickets through C4C; maintain asset planning to support new business
•    Insure the accurate collection and recording of equipment and operations related data.
•    Assist in the development of annual budget.
•    Review monthly reports and manages budget.
•    Oversee equipment, parts and product inventories to insure required needs are met and operational efficiencies attained.
•    Assesses techniques and schedules training as needed on existing and new equipment.
•    Coordinates with and assist Territory and District Sales Managers in managing dispenser repair and installation needs.  
•    Confers with peers, subordinates, sales associates and administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating, service and delivery data to determine changes in operations procedure required to drive efficiencies and improve performance levels and customer satisfaction
•    Basic knowledge of employment laws. 
•    Communicate with Service Partners on work flow processes and ensure closure compliance
•    Review ESP invoices for approval, follow up on any invoices outside of established thresholds
•    Analyze KPI data to include service reporting history; return trips, travel or labor in excess, review cost per call.
•    Visit and perform business reviews with key ESP’s
•    Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in managing external vendors/partners and/or field service providers, preferred 
Must have a Valid Driver's License

 

EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, financial reports & KPI Data

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $72,000 to $85,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
