Position Summary

The Trade Asset - Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Material Handling best practices are maintained in all processes for Nestle Professional’s beverage dispensing equipment and spare parts including shipments, physical inventory, scrapping, and inventory replenishment.  

RESPONSIBILITIES
Set-up and approval of equipment shipments within the NP network including U.S., Canada, and other international locations.  All associated SAP transactions – stock transfer orders, deliveries, goods issues, and goods receipts. Work with the 3P logistics company for timely shipment and delivery.
Regularly scheduled replenishment of spare parts through SAP MRP process to support the field service operations team and updates of material master data MRP settings for reorder points and max stock levels in SAP.
Manage all aspects of physical inventories for equipment and parts in NP field and ESP locations including scheduling, transaction cut-offs, inventory documents, reconciliation, and posting adjustments.
Coordinate monthly equipment scrapping activities in NP field locations, ensure SAP transactions associated are performed accurately and timely, ensure certificates of destruction are received.
Ensure the accuracy of equipment records and inventory in SAP through exception and health check reporting.  One of the first points of contact for the field service team for troubleshooting data related issues during their service calls.
The coordinator works closely with Nestlé Professional Refurbishment shops, Field Service technicians, and supervisors, Call Center, Procurement, MODE Transportation, Production and other departments within the Service Operations.  

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:  

The Key Performance Indicators necessary to determine a successful candidate in this position are:
Trade Asset information in SAP is accurate and up to date at all times.
Field shops and technician spare part inventories are replenished and maintained at optimal levels.
Inventory accuracy and data alignment measures meet or exceed aggressive targets.
Maintain a professional relationship with both the internal and external customer.
Able to resolve issues independently or engage the appropriate people to solve a problem.
Other tasks or projects assigned as needed

REQUIREMEMENTS / EDUCATION
High School Diploma Required OR Associates degree OR 1 -2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory experience 

EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS
Self-motivated and can work independently 
Understanding of Inventory management and reconciliation 
Customer service oriented
Positive attitude, ability to get along with others inside and outside the department
Timely response to questions and inquiries
Flexible and adaptive to changing situations and circumstances
Works well under pressure
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
