Resumen de posición

Contribute to the optimal execution of the payroll process and the management of personnel administration in matters of Human Resources Services, (attention to personnel, contract signing process, benefits management, annual payments), to improve the work environment of the factory and / or distribution center.

Manage the closure of Kronos and / or receive incidents to send to payment process depending on the payroll period (weekly, biweekly or monthly).

Check that the application of the incidents is correct and, where appropriate, send modifications.

Validate the correct application of the payments of annual processes sent from Central Offices.

Give support to the factories for payroll doubts, attention to collaborators for issues of benefits that apply to the site.

Manage and validate settlements to be able to close the work termination process with the signature of the collaborator in documents.

Administration and management of new entry files, movements and discharges, as well as debugging of dead files.

Management of KPIs applicable to Human Resources services of the site and at the national level.

Management and application of imss, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, alimony processes.
